Process diagram of ceramic vacuum filter machineThe ceramic vacuum filter is mainly composed of a roller system, a stirring system, a feeding and discharging system, a vacuum system, a filtrate discharge system, a scraping system, a flushing system, a combined cleaning (ultrasonic cleaning, automatic acid mixing cleaning) system, a fully automatic control system, a tank body, and a frame.
Suction area:The filter plate immersed in the slurry during operation combines with vacuum pressure under capillary action, and the surface adsorbs into a layer of filter cake. The filtrate enters the distribution valve through the filter plate and is discharged into the drain tank.
Rinsing area:After the filter cake is transferred out of the slurry hopper, it is sprayed and washed.
Dry area:The filter cake of the ceramic filter can continue to dehydrate under high vacuum force.
Unloading area:
